Great location and friendly vibes
Super close to Paddington, which is awesome! The staff were super friendly and helped with everything we asked. Breakfast on the go was nice too. Just wish there had been an elevator because carrying heavy bags up those steep stairs wasn't great.

I truly appreciated the comfortable bed and the friendly staff who were always eager to assist. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from Paddington Station, making it easily accessible for seniors like myself.
Narrow stairs can be challenging for seniors.

Request extra pillows upon check-in. they really enhance the comfort of the small bed.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring nearby attractions. We visited the famous Hyde Park and enjoyed some shopping at Oxford Street. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the staff were friendly. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn’t elaborate.
The only downside was the noise from the train. it was hard to sleep before midnight.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12perfect locationfriendly staffsteep staircasecompact bathroombasic breakfast
The location is perfect, just steps away from public transport and surrounded by excellent dining options. The friendly staff made checking in a breeze, and the room, while compact, offered essential amenities like a kettle and a small fridge. the steep staircase to the upper floor was a challenge with luggage, and the bathroom could use better storage solutions for toiletries. The breakfast was basic but adequate for starting the day.

Had a great time with friends exploring nearby attractions like Hyde Park and the British Museum. The location was key, making it easy to get around. Plus, the staff was friendly, and the room had all the basic necessities like tea and coffee. Perfect for travelers on a budget.
Our bathroom was quite small and needed better upkeep. The shower didn’t maintain a consistent temperature, which was a bit inconvenient.
